A strong representation of over 150 Churchie students (including 90 boarders) plus staff participated in the Moonlight Walk on Friday 26 March 2021. Raising funds and awareness for Queenslanders living with multiple sclerosis (MS), the Blue and Grey Army has raised $4,000 for this very worthy cause. Money raised will help fund essential services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, counselling and symptom management, as well as MS research to look for better treatments and ultimately a cure for the disease.

Pictured below at the event with current parent Adrian Humphry and fellow Old Boy Brady Downes (1984) on the right, is Ben Greenhill (1984) on the left. Ben was diagnosed with MS in 2005 and is one of thousands of people living with MS who are appreciative of this amazing support. For Ben, who was Vice-Captain of Magnus in 1984, the evening had special meaning with the attendance of Magnus Housemaster John Callie and many current Magnus House students. Brady was also a member of Magnus House.
