Twin brothers and Old Boys from the 1992 cohort, Peter and David Cassels have each established successful businesses, in different industries and in different regions. Please read further to see where they are now. 

PETER CASSELS (1992)

Peter Cassels has over 24 years’ experience in commercial and residential strata and property management. He specialises in body corporate management, strata, and management and letting rights operations. Peter has extensive hands-on experience in the establishment and ongoing management of community titles schemes and management rights operations in residential, commercial and resort complexes. Prior to the establishment of Cassels Strata, Peter was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for two of Queensland’s largest body corporate management firms and Asset Manager for a large publicly listed management rights company.

Peter holds a full real estate license in Queensland. Peter is a Fellow of Strata Community Australia and an active member of the UDIA. He is also a UDIA Certified Environment Development Professional, and a JP (Qual).

DAVID CASSELS (1992)

“I have been involved in the automotive retail industry for more than 23 years. Originally from a banking background, the opportunity to join the automotive industry arose in the finance department. In 1997, I joined a Brisbane dealership as a Senior Business Manager. In 2002, I was offered a partnership in a Townsville dealership. In May 2008, I purchased my own dealership in Warwick where I currently have 6 new car franchises being Honda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Kia, Suzuki and Mahindra, over 40 used cars plus parts and servicing. I occupy a 12500m2 site with 26 staff.”
